Client Stories
I pass out a “Favorites Questionnaire” to each of my clients. While the main purpose is to have specific ideas to make birthdays or other occasions more personal, I also want to know what goals CPC could help them reach. One client recently turned this in as one of her goals:
“To start a family that stays together.”
What a blessing it is to know we have God on our side, a beautiful office to meet with her, and the resources (Bright Courses, Bible study books, training classes, conferences, etc.) to help her reach this goal!

Doing Good
Recently, one of our clients, Misty*, experienced the death of a close family member. She came to talk with her advocate at Crossroads, who listened to her express her grief during this sad time. As she was leaving the office that day, another client, Hannah* was in the waiting room waiting for her BRIDGES appointment to begin. As Hannah waited, she watched as Misty was leaving, wiping her tears and getting a hug from our staff. After Misty was gone, Hannah said, “I really feel for her. Since I have just about everything I need for my baby, may I give her my points so she can use them for anything she needs?”
What a caring and beautiful gesture this was from Hannah toward someone she didn’t know. She unselfishly gave something she earned away so another person could be blessed. God must have been smiling on Hannah that day.
Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God. -Hebrews 13:16
