United For Life

Our theme for 2024, United for Life, was a perfect way to describe how all of us work together to support women in our communities so that children have the best chance at life. It describes the way fathers are invited to be involved in the lives of their children. It encompasses the open arms for those who regret their abortion and the teaching of youth to empower them to live a healthy life for a better future. Behind the faces of those who work at the centers, our staff, our volunteers, our financial supporters, and prayer warriors, are hearts that beat to serve in Jesus’ name for the sanctity of life and to provide help, hope, and healing for those in need.

There are also the beautiful faces of our clients.

They are people like us in the sense that they, too, sometimes find themselves in times of struggle, brokenness, or even desperation.

God is with us, a Holy Father who promises to keep us safe: “For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling.” - Psalm 27:5

We know that He is good and has good plans for us. Romans 8:28 tells us: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

We are to share the hope we have in Him: “But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.” - 1 Peter 3:15

As God, through the power of His love, reaches out to our clients, they have their own stories to tell. Stories of how the ministry of Crossroads helped them in unique and powerful ways. At our banquet, they graciously agreed to be videoed giving their “Cardboard Testimonies”. So, in case you missed it, we want to share these testimonies with you again. These are the real-life stories of how we, together, can make a difference, together, by sharing this love.
